Refunds and Returns

Missing Packages 

When we ship a package, an email is sent to you with the tracking information. In the US most packages are delivered within 5-10 days.  International shipping can take up to 3 weeks depending on the specific package (please see your email for estimates on your package).

If you feel your package should have been delivered (it is past the delivery window) or tracking is not functioning please contact us so that we can investigate any possible issue - we try to keep an eye on all shipments until they are delivered!

Package damaged / Items missing during shipping

If you receive a damaged package due to shipping please contact us Immediately!  Every shipment is packed with extreme care and attention to ensure safe delivery of your chosen items. 

  1. Document the damage: take photos of the package specifically showing the damage, all sides and the address label.
  2. Contact us via email at with a description of the damage, photos of the packaging and items (and any damage to the items) as well as a list of items included / items missing.  This information will be needed for us to process a claim. 
  3. Once this information is received we will contact you about going forward and making sure you have your items as requested!


Most products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund. 

If you would like to exchange your purchase (e.g. for a different item size), you may do so within 14 days of receipt of your package. To be eligible for a return for a full refund or exchange, your item(s) must be:

  • in the original complete packaging
  • unused and in the same condition that you received it

In the unfortunate, and unlikely, case where item(s) in your order are damaged or faulty, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) to us for a full refund.

To be able to process your return, we require a receipt, your order number or proof of purchase. Please include Photos of any and all damage to products, especially to packaging during shipping. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

How to arrange a return:

To return your product you must first email
stating your name (used to place the order), order number and the reason for the return and include any available photos. 

Our Returns department will write back to you within two (2) business days with instructions on how to correctly identify your parcel, what address to send the return to, and an RMA number to include for correct identification when received. 

If you don’t clearly identify your return by including the provided RMA number then we won’t know who sent it and it will delay processing your return.

All return postage is the responsibility of the customer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of the approval or rejection of your refund / replacement.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days. We can only process refunds back to the account originally used to make the purchase.

Late or missing refunds

Once processed it may take several days before your refund is officially posted to your payment account. If the refund has not been processed after 7 business days from the date we provide as the refund date, please contact your bank, credit card or method of payment (Paypal, Shop, etc) company to verify if they have received it as they may require additional processing days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and we’ll investigate for you - remember to have your RMA number available.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted or refunds will be denied

Any item returned that is not in its original unused condition, not in the original packaging, items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or shipping casualties will not be refunded.  Any item that is returned postmarked more than 14 days after delivery, returns that do not include the provided RMA may also not be eligible for refund nor partial refunds. 

Refunds will only be granted on a per product basis, not per order. If you order 3 Card Decks but return 1 Card Deck in unused original condition we can only refund the cost of 1 Card Deck in relation to the purchase price. (e.g. if you “Buy 2 Card Decks / Get 1 Free” - we will refund ⅓ of the purchase price $16.67)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned 

Products that have passed the 14 day return window. 

Products that have wear and tear or are damaged by the recipient for any reason. 

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.  We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gasses, gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items.
