Shipping

We aim to ship orders with in 2-7 business days, from the time of purchase, excluding weekends.

Pre-orders: when available, shipping details are stated within description of the pre-ordered item.

We understand that our customers are eager to receive items as soon as possible. When an order includes pre-ordered products, which ship at a later date, you may choose to have in-stock items shipped separately before the pre-ordered item(s) are available. We would need to charge an additional shipping fee to cover the extra costs incurred. Please review the pre-order listing for shipping details.

Delivery times depend on the distance to the customer, within the USA it usually takes from 2-7 business days.

International shipments (sent via USPS or Global Post depending on destination) take 7-21+ business days to arrive. Customs may hold some packages or require additional postage / fees. We do our best to avoid this but it can happen.
